What about the data I uploaded?

If you uploaded GeoJSON, KML, shapefile or DXF overlays during your trial, you have 30 days from the end of your trial to retrieve them before they are deleted. Sign back in to the trial environment within that window to download anything you want to keep.

This 30-day Data Retrieval Period is set out in the Datgel End User License Agreement. After it expires, all data uploaded under the trial is permanently removed.

Want a longer evaluation?

If 14 days wasn’t enough — particularly if you’re evaluating Datgel View as part of a larger procurement — get in touch and we can arrange an extended evaluation tailored to your team.

If you’d like to start a fresh trial later, you’ll be able to re-enrol after 90 days from the end of your previous trial.

Already a customer?

If your organisation already has an active Datgel View subscription, you don’t need a trial — sign in to your account for access details, or contact your organisation’s administrator.
