It covers a similar scope to gINT Select support, such as how to questions for gINT that take up to 30 min to answer, and assistance in defining defects in gINT and reporting them to Bentley Systems. Support would be provided via phone, email, skype for business, web chat and web meeting.
Second plus license cost is based on 4th highest number of gINT licenses used in a calendar hour by the organisation in the past 6 months, or if he organisation is new to gINT the number of gINT licenses held. This is broken down by gINT product level. The first license is the most expensive product, then the rest are at 2nd+ rate.
For example if a company has 3 gINT Logs and 1 gINT Pro the cost would be 1stgINTProRate + 3 x 2ndgINTLogsRate.
