Email Sprucer is a standalone product from Datgel, with its own brand, website and billing. It is a separate product line from our geotechnical and geoenvironmental software — nothing in it is geotech-specific — and it is listed here for completeness. It is sold and supported at emailsprucer.co rather than through this store.
What it does
| One pass, an ordered set of rules | Every message is read once and matched against rules you define, in the order you put them. The first match wins, so the rule that matters most goes first. |
| File by a code in the subject | A short project or job code in the subject line files the message instantly — so a thread that crosses several contacts still lands where you said it should, not wherever the sender happens to work. |
| File by recipient or sender | Match who a message was sent to — across every recipient, so one email can be filed to several folders — or who it came from. |
| Fall back to the email domain | With no exact contact match, the email domain picks the folder. Domains are matched whole, so microsoft.com never matches something.onmicrosoft.com, and wildcard exclusions keep noisy domains out. |
| Duplicate cleanup | Finds and removes duplicate messages, so a folder shows each email exactly once. |
| Your data, your way | Rules are driven from a hosted Email Sprucer account, a spreadsheet you import, or your business’s own Dynamics 365 — so a team’s folders match its accounts. |
| Rename anything | Every rule carries a caption you can rename, so the folder names and the rules read in your language, not ours. |
Platforms
Email Sprucer is an add-in for classic desktop Outlook on Windows. A cross-platform web add-in for new Outlook, Outlook on the web and Mac is on the near roadmap.
