gINT Software Technical Support

Datgel provides gINT Software product technical support to Asia-Pacific clients as part of gINT Software’s normal client support agreements, including gINT VIP.

Before contacting us please first try the following:

  1. Install the latest gINT Update by either using the command Help > Check for gINT Update, or downloading and installing the update file from http://www.gintsoftware.com/support_updates_v8.html

  2. Repair and compact the library and project file using UTILITIES | Repair/Compact Databases

A three pronged support regime is in place:

  • Basic – Free to all gINT users regardless of version. Support provided to keep gINT running, installation and licensing.
  • Enhanced – Annual subscription fees apply. In addition to Basic support, enhanced support provides explanations of how to use gINT.
  • VIP – Annual subscription fees apply. 1 year free with new primary license purchases. Incorporates automatic version upgrades and enhanced technical support.
