Datgel Support and Maintenance
Overview
Datgel products include 12 months Support and Maintenance from the date of purchase. Support and
maintenance may also be renewed annually and will only be provided for licenses with a current Support
and Maintenance subscription.
When additional licenses are purchased the expiry date will be the same as that of existing licenses.
Single User Hardware Key License
Support will be provided to any employee of a company holding a license.
Network Hardware Key License
Support will be provided to any employee of a company holding a license.
Office Wide License
Support will only be provided to one technical designated client employee and one IT designated client employee.
Companywide License
Support will only be provided to one technical designated client employee and one IT designated client employee.
